"Using the bathtub to shower.... All was fine; until - as I stepped out of the tub, the tub bottom is much higher than the stepping out of the tub on to the floor, underestimating the step to the floor, unaware of the distance to the floor - I lost my balance, and nearly fell down. "The rooms are decorated nicely and clean. Great bathrooms and comfy beds. Halls were loud later in the evening despite the policy to keep quieter after 11:00. Used the water park and no one was keeping up with cleaning the tables. Kind of gross and difficult to find a place to sit. Halls and exterior can use sone updating but lobby was nice. Security was heavy at one point due to an issue outside the water park near the arcade so my kids did not go in. Not happy about that."
