Literally, from the valet, to reception (KAYLI-sp?), everyone was professional, courteous, helpful, and just top-notch. The hotel is meticulous and inviting. It is a place you want to come home to every night After being out visiting Derry and seeing the sites. It is also centrally located within the city walls……

“ The back of the building where it said was the Welcome Center. The center was not open, and we were told had not been open since Covid. The back door was left open and we saw RATS running under the tables into the corner. I slammed the door shut.”

“We were greeted by a super friendly Seamus and made to feel right at home. The room was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great too. Fantastic location, super easy to get about. Would love to stay again!”
