"What a dream location! It was our first trip to Hawaii. There’s no better place stay! The location is ideal, if you want to stay in the peace and quiet of the North Shore. The Hukilau Marketplace is less than 10 minutes down the road with some great food trucks. The beach is beautiful and quiet. Often we had the beach to ourselves! The best part is falling asleep to the crashing waves and the breeze of the cool trade winds."

"Booked this location for the my wedding party accommodations. Host was amazing, communicative, and flexible, meeting all of our needs. Would highly recommend this property especially if you have a large enough group to occupy all three of the units. The location is secluded yet close to the beach and local market. Parking was a little tight but no complaints as it's free and parking in Hawaii is always crazy. Don't miss out on this awesome property!"

"The house and beach access were just as it was advertised. Beautiful beach, house and yard! The home was very roomy and accommodated all the family needs. The yard provided lots of parking. We had full access to beach toys (kayak, paddle & boogie boards, snorkels, etc.). The kitchen had every gadget you could want or need. Each bathroom had 2 accesses, which can be challenging with 6 kids and minimal boundaries. I would definitely recommend this property."

"First off, Terrie is great to work with…she’s quick to respond, answered all my questions and gave us great tips! This is a great little cottage that reminds me of a south Florida bungalow. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the refrigerator/freezer is great! This was our first time in Hawaii/Oahu and this is the coast to stay on! Easy to get anywhere on the island from here! We traveled over the entire island and saw all it’s beauty! A great week!...

"Exactly as presented online, no surprises. Two parents and two teens, and no privacy, but we were prepared for that. Great breeze throughout so no issues with heat, though it's still April, so not sure how summer would be. Beach path right around the corner, very easy access. Basic accommodations, but that's what we were looking for. Close to everything you need in North Shore. We had a great week, thanks Chris and Sam!"

"I rented this property out for 39 days. Basically there isn’t a whole lot of you should expect here. It’s a very small place that is overpriced. Location is nice to Waikiki but next to a park that has a lot of homeless individuals on drugs. Customer service would receive 0 stars if available."

"Wake up by tropical birds singing in the morning, quiet private spaces whole week experience. We ask host few stuffs at last minutes, quickly respond and great help, I will come back to stay again. In the kitchen, no cooking stove equipped, however alternative cooking equipment available and not problem on our stay. Just reminder for someone need those."

The house is about as convenient to both Lanikai and Kailua as you can get, easy walk or bike to both. It is a perfect combination of relaxed decor, cleanliness and amenities. "Overall everything was great. I gave it a 4 because we paid for the week of parking and 3/5 days they oversold the parking so we had to park and pay at the zoo. Also bigger vehicles not a good idea as we couldn’t park one of our vehicles here at all due to height. We know for next time to get a smaller car too. But we paid for 5 days of parking and 3/5 days ended up paying somewhere else for parking. Property also didn’t fill our soaps and towels fully each time so we had to ask for...
