"Lovely old property - high ceilings, classical floor tiles and a lift from the old movies! The hot water wasn’t working on day one, but by the next day a brand new boiler had been fitted. Check-in was straightforward and very informative. We were shown to the property and given a walkaround. The full fruit bowl was an added bonus. Easily walkable to all of the tourist sights. "

"This hotel is in a great location. That is the main Reason to stay there, no frills. No elevator so the ground floor is suitable with no stairs if you have any disabilities. It is close to trains, buses. Restaurants and hop on hop off. It is adequate with private bathroom and kitchenette. "

"Great little find. We were a little disconcerted when we found our room was right next to reception, however, we were out sight seeing so much we were barely there whilst reception was staffed. Considering it is situated on a busy road we couldn't hear a thing from our room. It is one of a number of different hotels in the seem complex. "Spacious rooms, very clean, comfortable beds. Self-serve laundry from 8am-11pm with washers and dryers. Great for families, well supplied kitchen, 2 TVs, USB charging, even included fuzzy slippers for each person. Very good breakfast buffet with baked goods, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, a pancake machine which kids loved. "We, family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights. Mia is very nice and helpful. She reached out to us two days ahead of our arrival. We did online check in and arrived in morning. She allowed us to have our luggage stored there and all luggage was moved into our room when we came back in afternoon. The location is very convenient. Most attractions are within 20 minutes walking distance. We even walked to Vatican(2.4 miles). Only thing we didn’t like is shower room. The shower room is too small and water...
