"We, family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights. Mia is very nice and helpful. She reached out to us two days ahead of our arrival. We did online check in and arrived in morning. She allowed us to have our luggage stored there and all luggage was moved into our room when we came back in afternoon. The location is very convenient.
