"Many positive things about this hotel. Well maintained property in a good location; convenient to alot of Tyler favorites. It's an older hotel with some face lifts but the staff was terrific and the elevator was quick. The gym was as good as, if not better than, most hotels. The humidity in the rooms was a bit uncomfortable and they were a bit outdated. The buffet breakfast was serviceable and reasonably priced. A good place to stay though and worth the room price. "

"Pros: Room was clean and quiet. A/C worked well. Loved the close proximity to shopping. Cons: Only one hanger in closet. Caulking in bathroom is moldy and needs to be replaced. Bathtub drained very poorly."

"We expected a continental breakfast based on other stays which was our mistake but still disappointing. We did not realize that as a long term stay, there was no continental breakfast offered. Otherwise it was clean and nice."
