"Many positive things about this hotel. Well maintained property in a good location; convenient to alot of Tyler favorites. It's an older hotel with some face lifts but the staff was terrific and the elevator was quick. The gym was as good as, if not better than, most hotels. The humidity in the rooms was a bit uncomfortable and they were a bit outdated. The buffet breakfast was serviceable and reasonably priced. A good place to stay though and worth the room price. "

"The A/C was out in my room. They moved me a bigger room with a good A/C. I was happy with the customer service. They should have known the A/C was out. "
