"We stayed for 8 nights. Everyone and everything was excellent. For people who visit Tokyo first time and need to use the subway for IPhone users can add to wallet ICOCA transit card and just add money on it. This card is accepted on all subway lines and monorail in Tokyo. "
"I read the reviews before booking and there were people saying the rooms are small I am 6’3 and was very comfortable. The location can’t be beat and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Shout out to the manager I wish I had a boss like him"
"The hotel is in the busy Shinjuku area of Tokyo but off the beaten path so the area was quiet and felt very safe. The hotel is huge with a lot of restaurants and amenities. The walk to the Shinjuku Train Station is very nice since the tunnel opens up right at the hotel.
The concierge staff were very helpful as well. "
"Excellent location close to several subway stations. Tulley’s Coffee nearby and wonderful ramen restaurant across the street. The room A/C only runs with the bright overhead lights on full blast. Bring eye shades, unless you enjoy sleeping in stifling heat. Very nice, helpful staff."
