"We had a short weekend getaway here and it was top notch. The hosts have thought of every detail to make the stay amazing. We stayed with our daughter (8) who is in a wheelchair and was pleased with the accessibility of the cabin. Our 4 year old loved the great selections of DVDs and games and toys. We thoroughly enjoyed the beauty and peacefulness of the forest. It was amazing to stand on the deck and see nothing but trees and hear NOTHING. Thank you for the wonderful experience,"

"We enjoyed staying in this beautiful home, which has enough room for two families. It was nicely decorated with modern amenities. Wifi signal was great and we appreciated the smart TV. We had everything we needed. We had a little trouble opening the lock upon arrival and had to wait about 15-20 minutes on hold before someone was able to talk to us. Once we got into the property, we had no issues after that and had a great stay. Location is a bit isolated. It's about 35 min drive from Traverse...

"This is the second time that my brother, sister in law, my wife and I have stayed at this cabin! We love that we have our own bedrooms and bathrooms! The house is cozy and just a great place to relax and enjoy each others company! We enjoy fishing and kayaking the Betsie River. We will be back in the future to our home away from home."

"This was our 3rd time staying at the property and it was great as usual. We couldn’t ski due to the weather but had no problem finding things to do in the area. The house is large enough to fit several families and a huge bedroom downstairs for the adult kids to hang out. I must say it would be nice if the furnace was WiFi and the owners could bump up the heat prior to our arrival as it was only 58 degrees in the house but it did heat up fairly quickly and was not a big deal. Only issues were minor, some silverware had to be rewashed, personal communication was non-existant leaving it unclear how to ask questions for like finding extra blankets...which we never found.
