"The staff was very helpful and addressed my concerns right away. My TV wasn't working upon my arrival and a very nice gentleman had it working almost immediately. The front desk staff was kind enough to lend me a computer mouse for my laptop as I forgot mine. The only problem I encountered was during Saturday morning breakfast. It looked like there were only 1 or 2 staff trying to keep up with the breakfast rush. They were doing their best, but the orange juice was empty and the waffle mix and breakfast sausage both ran out and there were quite a few guests waiting in line for these items. But, again, they appeared to be doing their best. I think they were just understaffed. "

"Mystic Dunes is the epitome of resort! My husband and 2 children (4 and 18 months) and I just stayed for a week. It was HUGE, beautiful and most importantly CLEAN!! The staff was very accommodating and very nice! The room we orginally booked was not available so they upgraded us and it was beautiful! The room was huge and more apartment like then hotel room. It was all very clean and well kept. We visited 2 of the 4 pools and they also were very clean and well kept. I loved that I could text the front desk with sny concerns or questions. They text almost everyday to make sure we had everything. I told my husband before we even left that i couldnt wait to go back. Its 15 mins to DW and close to a walmart which is always a plus!! Would HIGHLY recommended "
