"Everything was really well kept up, the apartment was quiet and cozy, and the walk to NRG was easy and quick. The check in system/process was confusing at first, but the system and tech is neat and efficient once figured out. The property manager was helpful and patient when I was confused and was very responsive. The check out expectations (e.g., trash, linens, dishes) is super reasonable and appropriate. Uber eats delivery was easy as well. Would definitely stay here again."

"The experience was very good, but the access to the hotel is confusing with no frontside pull-in. Access is through the parking garage, but you don’t get a room key to activate the entrance gate until you have checked in. Once this had been navigated, everything went well."
