"We enjoyed our stay, unfortunately we booked this hotel for the rooftop pool which ended up being closed after the freak storm which ripped through downtown the day before our arrival, while this was not the fault of the hotel it all was just disappointing as it was a very hot weekend in Houston. The staff are lovely and kept us supplied with nice as there are no fridges in the rooms which made it hard as it was very hot snd we couldn’t even bring back some water or sodas and keep them cold. I...

"The room was very clean and everyone was very friendly. I did go to the gym a few times and it was a little hot but everything else was amazing during my stay."

"The wifi never connected to my mobile and when I asked the front dest they said other guest were having the same issue. However I was not provided with a solution. The beds were very comfortable unfortunately the same can not be said for the pillows. The breakfast was delicious and I highly recomend their omelets. Hopefully we can return and experience the positive changes."
