The only complaint we had was the quality of the bath towels and the fact that there were only 4 poor quality facecloths in a 4 bedroom house was a problem. We had to go purchase some. "This stay was so much fun. Tons of space, every room has its own bathroom. The beds are so comfortable and the showers and bathtub were luxurious. My absolute favorite part is the rooftop. it is honestly a million dollar view, with an amazing grill and hot tub. I am from Houston,I decided to rent this while my windows were getting fixed. Trust me when I say this is the best location in Montrose."

"The thing to remember about this place, it is cheaper than everything else. So, it is basic furniture and breakfast is weird with everyone on one table and only eggs as the cooked food, but you get what you pay for! The most annoying thing is that they email you in advance to ask when you are arriving but clearly don’t look at the response. Any issues and you are told ‘you can cancel’ in a way that implies they might cancel your reservation! To be fair, they didn’t but it was a very odd...

"My friends and I had to scramble to rent a place for a one night stay due to a previous rental being overbooked. This rental was exactly what we needed. It’s a bit on the pricey end but all we needed was a place to sleep. There were plenty of beds for us all and the pool was a nice commodity."

"The property was great after the air conditioning was repaired on the second day. Great location and very clean. Dealing with the hostess was very unpleasant but the upper management/ owner was a caring and honest man. I would stay there again "
