"Amazing find if you are looking for affordable accommodation in Sydney and are ok with sharing bathroom facilities. It is a clean, quiet and safe alternative if you just need a bed. Carpets a bit tired and a spruce up here would be a great upgrade but other than that I couldn't fault the place. would def stay again. "

"Karen was a fantastic host. She even put out extra an table & chairs for us to have a G&T on the grass. The Barn had everything we needed to live day-to-day and enjoy ourselves. Fun small tennis court, lots of space and definitely pet friendly. Even our dog had treats waiting for her when we arrived. I can highly recommend The Barn."

"This granny flat was lovely and suited us. We had our own private entrance. Owners were excellent and gave us our privacy and they are very quiet. Facilities on the whole pretty good. It needs to be more mugs and some side plates would be useful. Bedding great A place to sit out in the sun was nice too. About 1.5kms easy walk to shops train station and taxis. We would use this property again"

"The exteria of the hotel is very beautiful. Everything inside the building is stylish and well designed. The beds were very comfortable, great hot water and pressure in the shower. Location is fantastic with easy access to the city via the light rail. The only downside is that the parking is very limited and the spaces quite tight."

"a room in a private house. Up a narrow spiral staircase. The room contained a bed &1 bedside table. No chairs or table no television or telephone. The “private” bathroom was downstairs. No tub. The walls were messy with dirty marks on the ceiling walls & doors. The owner tried to convert my husband to his religion while he was eating his breakfast. "Good location, a block down from the Town Hall and right opposite the ramp to head to Darling Harbour. The property is a bit old and tired but the rooms were spotlessly clean and quite livable. Had a gym and pool but I'd rate this as a 3 star hotel not a 4 star. That all said, I was quite happy to stay here. It does look like the owners are continuing to improve an older property. My apartment had cooking and laundry facilities which was good."
