"The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were so kind and helpful when my mother in law fell ill. Lovely property, and wonderful location for Christmas markets. "
"Stayed 4 nights in new section, nice large bathroom and bedroom, bed large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet nice. Didn’t have car and 25mins walk to tram that takes you in to strasbourg city. One resturant at gates entrance but not open every day, so had to walk into small town from chateau. Not good walk back at night after restaurant in dark. Beware teens on motorbikes riding around park grounds,no security and felt unsafe."
