"Property is as described in listing and reviews. Furniture is older but comfortable. Bar-b-que cooking surface was not clean and it is old but works but bring a lighter. Had to call for help with lighting in the bathrooms but Jovie responded quickly and circuit breaker just had to be reset. As mentioned in other reviews, be prepared to climb steps to reach the main floor. As mentioned by Jovie there are actually three blow-up mattresses and we used one. It leaked badly. "We arrived around sunset, what an amazing view. Group of friends who haven’t seen each other in awhile, had a very peaceful few days in Tahoe. The house is spacious and beautiful. The views are incredible. A very short drive down into Tahoe and to the lake. We loved the experience"

"Renter beware, this is not a ski in ski out condo, nor can it accommodate more than 3 people comfortably. Owner claimed it was 50 steps to hill, which you can not reach due to ice and being roped off. Kitchen had only 3 dinner plates for dining, so not sure how the description claims can accommodate 6+. The hot tub pool area is not on site so that was also out of the equation. Deck was not shoveled nor was the outdoor deck furniture shoveled off so also out of the equation."
