"Beautiful location on the lake with semi-private beach. The grounds are immaculate as is the golf course. 3 restaurants plus room service. The outdoor gas fire pits are really nice."

"Host is amazing and responds quickly to any inquiries. This was my third time staying here with the Ackerman's as host. They are the best! Areas of the property have had recent renovations since last year. We keep coming back to the Ridge as it is our home away from home. It is very close to Boulder Lodge, and Stagecoach is right next door! We love it at the Ridge, with the Ackerman's as host!"

"Nice and quiet place. Feels homey. Very close to South Lake Tahoe and the Stateline casinos. The mattress was the downer as it was way to soft. Had a bad sleep as a result. Slept on the sofa instead the following night for a good sleep!"

"We had many issues with this property. 1. Not ski in ski out as advertised 2. Incorrect room arrangements We booked a 2 bedroom 2 twin beds and one queen, we received a 2 bedroom 2 queens We got a completely different room than the pictures. We booked this place for the ski in ski out and the bath tub. We did not get a either. Our room was much smaller than advertised 3. Was told a 6 person room, while it only fits 4 4. Staff were very rude and unhelpful. Our car broke down and they didn’t have...
