"It was a last minute stay since we were still without power. I forgot the name of the young man that checked us in but he was gracious and courteous and provided us with a pleasant check in process. He even delivered extra blankets and pillows for us! I would definitely stay again!"

"I didnt like how staff assumed i was familiar with the area and with how things work. Another guest at the hotel had to show me how to use the elevator using a room key card. He also explained how i would need it to get back into the hotel. No one gave us a map/diagram of the area or of the hotel. It wasnt until we were leaving that we found out it had an indoor pool on a different floor. I had to ask the Concierge for an area map and ask questions about the area. The room was very clean amd the view was beautiful. Parking was not easy either. Where im from we dont have parking garages like this one. Luckily an attendant rushed over to assist me. It took me several minutes to find where to scan the room key ss we left. "
