"We enjoyed our stay, unfortunately we booked this hotel for the rooftop pool which ended up being closed after the freak storm which ripped through downtown the day before our arrival, while this was not the fault of the hotel it all was just disappointing as it was a very hot weekend in Houston. The staff are lovely and kept us supplied with nice as there are no fridges in the rooms which made it hard as it was very hot snd we couldn’t even bring back some water or sodas and keep them cold. He also explained how i would need it to get back into the hotel. No one gave us a map/diagram of the area or of the hotel. "I really like the location of this hotel. Walking distance to a major park and museums. It is apparently very dog friendly because I saw a lot of dogs during my stay.
