The staff were overall very friendly and helpful. The hotel however is dated. I stayed only two nights and really needed the room to only shower and sleep due to me being out for a graduation I was attending nearby. I chose this particular location because in the reviews everyone said it was clean. My clean standards must be high because I didn’t consider my room to be clean. Don’t get me wrong it wasn't dirty but housekeeping could have done a much better job. There was hair in the tub, stains on the carpet and a pair of leprechaun looking heels left in the room on the side of the bed. The room had a stale smell but the bed was comfortable I would say. Overall I probably would stay here again, it wasn’t bad because I was able to make my stay comfortable after disinfecting and doing slight cleaning for my own purposes.

Room was comfortable, and breakfast options were great. However, Expedia's description of amenities was not entirely accurate, as there wasn't a playground at the hotel. Also, the bathroom floor in our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, as it had a layer of dirt on it.

The place has an odor, horrible weird decor, our room had a cracked window, street noise was loud and they were running saws by our room in the morning. We were forced to leave because we had our service dog and their pet policy was not clearly marked online. Although they have another property a few miles away that allows pets they wouldn’t let us transfer to that property but instead asked us to leave with no refund for the next night we had already paid for. Buyer beware!
