This was the worst stay we have ever had, everything was old, dirty and unsafe with mold in bathroom, had to move to second room because the first room had a gutter hitting the bedroom window, they were aware of this and still put us in the room, dryer did not work, oven was filthy inside. 2nd room was no better, couch, carpet and bathroom were filthy, couldn’t sit on the couch without falling through so had to use cushions from loveseat to sit on the couch. No one at the office was helpful at all, we are in our 70’s and had to move and they gave us the keys and just sent us on our way. Apparently when they moved us they did not register us in the new room and we were in the room and one of the maintenance people came right in told us he was there to check on somethings Expedia had reported to them, that there wasn’t supposed to be anyone there, we showed him all of the issues, not sure what they planned to do. There are so many updates and things that need to be fixed, they should close the resort down and do a complete overhaul. I hope this helps anyone planning to stay there. I could go on with other issues. If you are reading this and work at this resort, please work to make this enjoyable for your guests so that they feel safe and valued and getting their moneys worth.
