"I spent 9 nights at this beautiful 1 bed penthouse apartment whilst I visited family in Thorpe Bay and it had everything I needed - and more! Samantha keeps this apartment to a very high standard and I really appreciated the overall cleanliness and the comfort of the furnishings as well as all the little extras she provides - fresh flowers on the dining room table and staples in the fridge and freezer. She certainly sets the standard for this 5 star rating."

"This 2 bed apartment is in a new building. It is very spacious, clean with nice furnishings and decor. Balcony has a great view over the river estuary. Car park is secure and operated by a good security gate. This was a slight problem with the check-in link provided by host but the host recognised this and provided good communication and assistance so no real problem with actual check-in. Would stay again."

"Quiet the Friday we stayed , good service ,ate in the restaurant dinner and breakfast both good , certainly tucked away albeit with a decent view overlooking the pier, (sea view room ) and tbh doesn't really feel like your in the brash of the seafront, will stay again "

"We were unaware that we were staying in a maisonette, if known we would’ve asked questions upon booking. Hotels.com needs to update the owners phone number. Communication could’ve been better prior to arrival day, but overall it was great on the day. The apartment was very clean, lovely layout and well presented, although signage could’ve been a bit more professional. The 2 single beds had mattresses that were very uncomfortable, they had the feel of being over 15 years old, dipped in the...
