"Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely pet friendly hotel, rooms very spacious and comfortable with everything you need! We ate the in the restaurant and the food was superb. The staff were friendly and spoilt our little dog, would definitely stay again. "
"We were grateful, through inquiry of our local cousin, to receive a room upgrade with a balcony and view making our experience all the more special. It was easy to be satisfied because of the care and attention received from staff. They were friendly, warm and responsive. It’s very easy to say we would stay here again on a return trip"
"Nice lady checked us in. Nice & warm in all areas. Nice bedroom. Had 18 stairs to climb though, not really suitable for the elderly, so ask for a first floor room. Television a bit small for the room but had lots of channels. Quiet area so had a good sleep every night. Convenient for the Mayflower theatre & not too far to the main shopping area if you enjoy a short walk. Close to the railway station too."
"Specific review for Jacob (West - I think?). Very knowledgeable about the local area and gave me lots of dining options. Polite, professional and deserves 5* feedback. Sim Sangha."
"We had a great stay at Bartley Lodge after visiting Peppa Pig world inside Paultons Park
Family of four: two adults and two kids age 3 and 7 - both autistic so they are loud and a bit restless waiting, but we felt welcome and comfortable during our stay. The lady managing the dining room brought them colours and books for the table to play with as the conservatory had less WiFi signal for watching cartoons.
Great breakfast options really filling and fresh including the usual familiar cereal...
"Great location in the town centre, and good value for money, especially compared to the big chains. But hotel is a bit dated, and the single rooms my daughter and I each had were tiny!"
