"Overall, we really enjoyed our overnight stay. Hands down one of the best hotels in SPI. We've stayed in nearby hotels for almost the same price that failed in cleanliness and customer service. Although some minor issues were encountered such as limited towels and a/c difficulties in our room, customer service was quick to resolve our issues. Our room was clean, beds were very comfortable, staff was attentive to our needs, and our late checkout request was honored. We will be return soon!"

"Rooms aren’t in best condition, the cleanliness is questionable as there’s lot of areas that aren’t cleaned and you can tell like the walls. Noticeable repair in bathroom for patched up walls with white paint while the bathroom walls are blue. Surface areas don’t get wipe down and cleaned like the lamps covered in layers of dust. Saw a tiny roach in the restroom. Pull out couch was also dirty. Office chair was dirty with noticeable scratches. Rusty furniture. The only good things are the free...

"It’s was a very clean hotel. I actually got what I paid for. I’m very glad that I chose this hotel for this family trip. My kids loved the pool area and the continental breakfast was to die for. I swear it was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The staff was beyond kind. I just loved this trip experience and they made it way more beautiful for my family and I. Totally recommend 100%!!!"
