"Overall nice hotel and amenities. The only issue was the ac in the room didn’t work and required a tech to come and reset it. Even afterwards it never got too cold for the temperature set and after a day it broke again and wasn’t worth calling in again. The happy hour and free snacks was great and no complaints there. Lastly the staff was accommodating especially since I checked in early but they weren’t very approachable. Most hotels I’ve stayed at would greet everyone as they walked in the...

"Nice place,clean,quiet,friendly staff,very good breakfast. Very convenient to travel to travel to downtown san francisco in less than 30 minutes via Caltrain across the hotel. The only bad thing i can mention is the no airport shuttle service but it will cost you about 25 dollars huber/lyft. I will stay there again. "
