"There were shuttles available to and from places we wanted to explore closer to the hotel, with the option to scan a QR code to track its location for when you want to leave (though I had issues using this). There is a bus stop located across the street and one a little further up. The staff were able to help us with any navigation/questions we had. "Though not as close to central areas of Causeway Bay like some other hotels, this hotel is still in a handy location given a 15 min. additional walk. I like the friendly service offered by the hotel staff. The only disappointment was that when I tried to find a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant, I noted that it is only open for breakfast & lunch. I can understand the reason for that but this negative does not let me put my tick on "excellent" on overall rating."
