"Our room is very nice, and the lobby is lovely. The pool area is clearly older or hasn't been renovated as recently. Have to pay extra to park in the hotel lot, to pay security, which doesn't make us feel great about the safety. I would have possibly a different view if they told you upfront that parking is extra, but it seems like if they have security issues safety should be a guest amenity rather than an add on. "
