"Lovely property in a fantastic location far from the Madding Crowd, not that we found a crowd anywhere we visited. The only problem we encountered was the aggressive mosquitoes which stopped us using the pool. Other than that it was a great week away."

"Villa Messi is located in a lovely quiet village of Casalini. The property itself is quite large, furnished with nice art and artefacts, giving it an initially opulent feel. Outside, there is an open eating area, complete with inbuilt barbeque, wood-fired pizza oven, hob, sink and even a fridge. "Such a quaint home, clean, quiet and beautiful. Close to the center of the very small town of Montepulciano. The host is very sweet and even cooked a cake to welcome us to their home. The view of the valley from the home is simply breathtaking."

The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately.
