The only downside was the intermittant internet service despite Filippo's efforts to correct it. The problem was due to faulty incoming cable, which I hope has now been repaired. "The street looks a little scary when arriving at night but is probably safe due to enough people being out and about. The noise was somewhat abated by the shutters. Most of the staff was friendly and very helpful. The overnight desk clerk was not so nice.
