"This was an incredible place to stay. Just like the photos showed, and the enclosed yard was beautiful. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT skip the (optional) meal. "
"Very short walk to historic Santa Fe. Beautiful decor. Super comfortable bed (and pillows). Extremely clean, new. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff. What a value!"
"Lovely stay. Pueblo Bonito is a storied property built in the 1870's. Stunning. If the walls could talk. The gentleman who checked us in walked us to our room and was a wealth of information. We were welcomed with such heart and warmth. "
"Great hotel near the plaza and Rail yard. Not as upscale as the $400 rooms but nice, comfortable, great breakfast burritos, nice outdoor patio, close to good restaurants, kind staff, parking. Will stay again!"
"I don’t remember booking an accessible room, but I wished the sink had been in the same room as the toilet and bathtub. There was still plenty of room for a wheelchair even if the sink had been in the same room. I hope next time I will make sure it is a regular room so everything will be where it should be.
The breakfast and staff were amazing so I should have given a 5 star, but the room was awkward."
"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "
