"Staff was excellent! Location was excellent! It was clean! It’s an older property so if you’re looking for a “new” hotel this isn’t it. BUT….its updateed and clean. And did I mention the staff was excellent? Also the best location on Pacific Beach! We would’ve stayed for weeks if we could have. "

"Great property and staff. The location is perfect for beach access and the pool/hot tub were wonderful. There’s a bar across from the hotel that is soooo loud. Not ideal with little ones trying to sleep before 2am. If I were to stay again I would request a room as far from the hotel entry as possible. Otherwise, excellent property."

"We always stay Omni San Diego and house keeping is always good, but this time bathroom had hairs in tub and sink and floor… and 2nd day, house keeping didn’t check/clean coffee maker so we didn’t have any coffee cups nor tea, sugar, no refill on keurig cups. No plastic bag in ice bucket. Hairs again in sink, on floor & toilet… at least shower curtain was clean which is always plus at Omni. (Many hotel’s shower curtain stink and moldy, but never Omni!) "
