Our stay at Element was great overall! Dorothy is probably the most personable front desk agent I have ever encountered, and she went out of her way to make sure we knew the available options for our dogs. The only downside to this hotel is the location if you are traveling with pets. They are "pet friendly" but there isn't a designated area for taking dogs out, so you have to walk around the block or go to the park - and there's not much grass for them. The location is great if you're a Jazz fan and want to go to a game! :)

The staff is horrible no customer service and very unprofessional. The security guard had his girlfriend there who started a fight with a guest, broke someone’s phone pushed a girl down and the host and security guard did nothing about it

Great place to stay. The only complaint was getting a parking ticket in the lot with my parking pass clearly visible. I am hoping the hotel will fix this and get the ticket revoked.

Cheap hotel at an exorbitant price
I chose this hotel because of the rooftop pool but it was not heated, as stated, so ended up being too cold to use. The check-in said she was comping our parking for my spouses birthday and then charged up anyway. She was very snotty and gave us the worst room. It was dirty and stained. The toilet was extremely loud when it flushed and the room was not quiet. We could hear slamming doors and flushing toilets all night. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable so we had a rough night and woke up with headache and backache. This hotel definitely doesn’t live up to the cost. Very upset about the cold pool. Would not return.
