"Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood right across the river from downtown Salem and most attraction. Very walkable when the weather is nice. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for groups traveling together. Communication with the host was easy, Meg was very responsive. Decent sized outdoor space with a grill and patio furniture. Really enjoyed our Salem experience and would rent again the next time we come here. Only suggestion I have that would be a nice enhancement would be a hot...

"We were 5 and we stayed for 2 nights, it was an amazing place and location. All is set to let you feel good and chill. We love so much the place and its spirit. Aside, all Salem downtown is yours from a short walk. If we have another opportunity to come in Salem, for sure we will book there again."

"Annick & Sam are great hosts, they provide all the basics including toiletries and laundry supplies, very hospitable. Perfectly located on a quiet street walking distance to multiple convenience stores and a quaint coffee shop & short drive to downtown Salem. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to everyone."
"such a perfect property and the vibe is perfection, Meg is the sweetest host and had everything ready, also gave me tons of recs as well as checked in and answered any questions I had during my stay!!"
"The house was very clean. Communication was very good. The location was great. It was about a mile walk to downtown Salem. I enjoyed taking slightly different routes each time we walked downtown. I saw some people complain about the upstairs neighbor. I found her to be very pleasant and nice. The gentleman who lives next door was also very helpful and nice.
The beds were very squeaky when you sat down. The furniture in the living room wasn't very comfortable. You had a very low small loveseat,...
"The room is beautifully furnished and extremely clean. We didnt hear any noise outside of our room, which was a huge plus for us! The location is great. We walked to all of the desired destinations."

"We loved staying at this hotel. It’s very close to all the Salem attractions. The area is so walkable. We didn’t get a car and only Ubered 2 times our whole stay.
We used the heated pool both days of our stay. It was clean and warm and lovely.
The included breakfast was great for most people - waffles, cereal and eggs/sausage. They do NOT have allergy friendly options so it is hard to find a real meal for people allergic to gluten and dairy.
Overall it’s a great family-friendly option for a fun weekend in Salem.

"The Dagny is one of those exceptional finds that make the difference in a good trip vs. a perfect trip. In another review of The Dagny, I shared that it was a struggle for me to come up with a single thing that I would have improved upon during our stay. From the moment we stepped on the curb in front of the hotel to the moment we departed for the airport, we were greeted by the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered in one property. The restaurants on-site were both exceptional and we chose to visit everyday of our trip, if only for a coffee or a happy hour cocktail. Our room was very well appointed and lacked for nothing. Housekeeping was fast and thorough. The property itself was beautiful with a classic elegance. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe as well as perfectly located within walking distance of all the things you go to Boston to see (except Fenway, you have to Uber or take the T to get there). I cannot recommend The Dagny highly enough. It’s our new “absolute must stay” place in Boston. We are so excited to have found this amazing hotel. "

"Clean modern room, easy access on the second floor via stairs, convenient coffee shop in the hotel, adequate gym, awesome location. Slightly disappointed initially that our room was interior with no view of city, but it turned out to be wonderfully dark and quiet. Always pros and cons!"
