"We had to switch room because of very bad smoke smell, then was paying for queen bed but it was only a double so switched rooms again and gave us a upgrade to a king without paying which was nice. We were traveling with a large group and couldn't have all our rooms in the same building which made it difficult because the key would not let us access other building so would have to call the rest of our party to come to the door so we could hang out in each other's rooms.
