"First off, the lady at check (sorry, didn’t pay attention to names) was so incredibly nice and sweet. She made check in quick and easy and later in the evening when I called to ask if they had an extra iPhone charger (I brought the wrong charger) she said they did not but did offer to charge my phone in the office and keep it safe while there. "Room didn’t get cold. Glad we brought our own fan. We asked for extra towels and were told they didn’t have any. No TV remote but they quickly brought us one. Hotel is old but served our needs. Cafe staff was polite. Was happy they served Starbucks. "
