She made check in quick and easy and later in the evening when I called to ask if they had an extra iPhone charger (I brought the wrong charger) she said they did not but did offer to charge my phone in the office and keep it safe while there. She also offered the closest place to buy one at that time of night. If I was only giving her stars she would be 5 stars for everything. The room was...

"The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. The parking not good. The majority is bedhind the hotel and its very dark."

"Room didn’t get cold. Glad we brought our own fan. We asked for extra towels and were told they didn’t have any. No TV remote but they quickly brought us one. Hotel is old but served our needs. Cafe staff was polite. Was happy they served Starbucks. "
