"Location is on the square so our driver called the hotel to have the bellman come and get our luggage. He came running down the street and then walked us back to our hotel. Hotel is quaint old school with fancy woodwork everywhere. A gem in Quito. Highly recommended. "
"Gorgeous power, beautiful rooms. Charges for additional water above the small 2 bottles provided daily, which is laughable considering the cost of the hotel room.
Breakfast was fabulous."
"Stylish and convenient property. Staff were extremely professional and kind. We were extremely pleased with everything regarding our stay. Thank you so much!"
"This property was perfect to begin my holiday. From organising them to pick me up from the airport where they were there waiting for me to the friendly demeanour of all staff. It was perfect to relax and get over jet lag with the lovely walks and beautiful site with many places to relax and experience nature whether the sun was out or raining (with lots of lovely sheltered views. "
"We spent 6 nights at Hotel Casa Gardenia. The staff made our stay so easy and convenient. Rooms were very nice, view from the lounge on the top floor was amazing and the location in Old Town made it very easy to get to sites."

"Great place to stay. Spacious room, clean, nice gym, restaurant open late, quiet, good water pressure. Only wish the gym had a water cooler/jug and towels. Towels were not always available or out"
"I was very happy with my 5 day stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. It would've been perfect if they had orange juice. I liked my suite and the bed and pillows were great. I wish the shower/tub were a little bigger though. I had a great birthday dinner experience at the Opera Restaurant. Joel was an amazing server. One little thing was that I wanted to use the pool but unfortunately it was undergoing maintenance. I'll definitely be back though."
