"Amazing staff, food, view of cotopaxi, fireplace
My only feedback is investing in having quieter rooms because i can still hear others. Also, have more signs in the park to make it easier to find the hotel"
"Very accommodating, helpful friendly people. Airport transport was there waiting for us. Beautiful hotel. Nice breakfast of fruit, bread, potatoes (we are vegan and they made it work for us) juice, coffee. Very secure and safe hotel. Great location 3 min walk to sites. Close restaurants. Loved our stay. "This property was perfect to begin my holiday. From organising them to pick me up from the airport where they were there waiting for me to the friendly demeanour of all staff. It was perfect to relax and get over jet lag with the lovely walks and beautiful site with many places to relax and experience nature whether the sun was out or raining (with lots of lovely sheltered views. "We spent 6 nights at Hotel Casa Gardenia. The staff made our stay so easy and convenient. Rooms were very nice, view from the lounge on the top floor was amazing and the location in Old Town made it very easy to get to sites."
"The perfect place to stay for a few days if you want to be in the downtown business district of Quito. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as the Megamaxi supermarket, Carolina park and cinema.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Carmen was an absolute sweetheart.
Would definitely stay there again."
"The charm, care, breakfast decor, staff … everything about this place is like no other. Conveniently located near the airport. Unfortunately we got in late and had to leave early so had too little time to enjoy all the property has to offer. Maybe the only downside we could see is it is isolated and a bit away from shops and restaurants. You would have to drive or take a taxi probably."

"Great place to stay. Spacious room, clean, nice gym, restaurant open late, quiet, good water pressure. Only wish the gym had a water cooler/jug and towels. Towels were not always available or out"
"Great option for Quito airport as 20 min transfer time. ( and my transfer was included) Nice pool area , great breakfast and lovely clean room with good facilities. Restaurant reasonably priced, plus potential to eat and have drinks by pool. 5 min walk to pretty town plaza with small range of shops. Could also work for trips to Mindo etc as avoid central Quito traffic. "

"I was very happy with my 5 day stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. It would've been perfect if they had orange juice. I liked my suite and the bed and pillows were great. I wish the shower/tub were a little bigger though. I had a great birthday dinner experience at the Opera Restaurant. Joel was an amazing server. One little thing was that I wanted to use the pool but unfortunately it was undergoing maintenance. I'll definitely be back though."
