"The fireplace in the lobby is irresistible, and the couches and interior decor are modern but cosy (the fireplace was what drew me to pick St Moritz and it didn’t disappoint). Loved the room which was more spacious than expected with a super comfy king bed and large shower. The hotel is very environmentally conscious so don't expect slippers or disposable milk pods (you have to request it from reception). The staff were really friendly, always with smiles on their faces and very helpful as well as accommodating. The location was also very ideal since it’s only a short walk to the lakefront. "Lovely staff and the management. They made our 30th anniversary very special and memorable. They gave us lots of surprises for our anniversary. When we enter the room there were lovely bottle of wine and chocolate with a greeting card which we didn’t expect on our arrival. We had a wonderful time there and never forget it.
