"Grand Residences was well beyond our expectations, and definitely deserving of their 9.6 rating! Food was delicious at every meal, service was impeccable, and everything was top-notch clean. It’s definitely on the more relaxing and quiet end of resorts… Pool and bars outdoors close around 5 PM, but indoor lobby bar open until 10 PM, with 24-hr room service still available. Live music several evenings was wonderful!"

"We stayed for 1week it was a little frustrating that we couldn’t check in till 3pm but the concierge was nice enough to accommodate us for 2pm. The rooms smell like mold but they were a good size and very clean.the grounds and pools are welled kept, beautiful plants and natural wild life. The staff throughout the resort was very nice and friendly. But the Bell boys are running there own game!! leaving us waiting or not even showing up the Ventus drivers were much nicer and friendlier.
