Best View in Portland!
It was the best view of Casco Bay and such a unique home. Beautiful accommodations that are both historic yet updated for comfort and convenience. Our host was phenomenal! So friendly…we thought he was one of our neighbors from Louisiana (not just because of his homemade hot sauce that he sent home with us, but more importantly because of his hospitality!)

Great
I would give Dan and property 5 stars but for us 80 plus years olds; the 20 winding stairs to the condo was a problem. A great condo for younger folks. Dan did a great job to make us feel comfortable.

Very good place
We stayed here when we came to Portland for a wedding. We stayed three nights. The manager, Dan was amazing. He is very kind and responsive. His place is clean, cute and amazing location. Just across the street from a linear park along Casio Bay. Plug for his business, he makes hot sauce and bbq sauce.

This quaint, historical studio apartment is perfect for a couple to get away and enjoy Portland. The host, Dan, is great! He was very accommodating and knowledgeable of the area and able to give great restaurant recommendations. Highly recommended :)

We had a great stay at this location. Loved the views at the park across the street and the community was very peaceful. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was updated nicely. Dan was helpful and generously shared some of his special hot sauce. Our week was truly relaxing and enjoyable.

Location is fantastic! Close to water and bike path, easy bike ride to Old Port amd restaurants, sites etc. Apartment is basic. Very clean but very few amenities. Noisy from foot traffic in the mornings.

Great studio in a great location
We had a great stay in this studio on the Eastern Prom. You can see the water from the unit! Dan was a great host. He was super nice and friendly, but he gave us space and let us do our thing. The unit was just as pictured and felt very clean upon arrival. Overall, would recommend and hope to come back soon!

Portland Weekend Getaway
We have been to Portland many times and prefer staying in the more residential East end rather than more crowded Old Port. This unit on the Eastern Promenade is easy walking to shops in Munjoy and Old Port while providing a great view of Casco Bay and easy on-street parking available in front of unit. Clean and well appointed, looked exactly as advertised. Dan was a terrific host and unit was exactly what we were hoping for. We will definitely be back on next trip through.

Cute apt inside Victorian Home with Waterview
Had a very nice stay. Place is as described in great location. Can walk to beach, walk along the water and short walk to downtown. Dan communicated well and was very responsive. Nice guy! Have to try his Captain Mowatt’s hot sauces. Good stuff!

This studio apartment is the perfect location. Check in a breeze, walk across the street to walking trails and park right on the Casco Bay. View from three windows to the Bay. Owner is friendly, with great suggestions on things to do. So much you can walk to, whether the ferry to other islands, the park, walking trail, or downtown restaurants and bars. Sunrises are breathtaking. Couldn't have picked a more fantastic place and cannot wait to go back. Thanks Dan!!

Location was great with park, water, trails and restaurants nearby. Apartment was adequate for 2 people. The only surprises were that the coin-operated washer/dryer were in the basement of the building and the "stove" was similar to a hotplate. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect trip!
Great location, a short walk from downtown Portland. Great views of the waterfront. Dan was a great host, answered any questions I had and even sent us home with his great hot sauce. 10/10 would highly recommend for a long weekend or extended stay!
