Everything was excellent except not enough towels for 4 people and the shower soaps were not refilled which was a bit disappointing as I don’t like to bother front desk for these things when it should already have been there. "When we first arrived, we were not pleased with our room layout, so we spoke with Syed at the front desk. He was most helpful and offered us a choice of two different rooms, one of which was to our liking. Housekeeping was very helpful and pleasant. The only downside was that the floors are somewhat thin and we could hear the children in the room above ours, although that was only for one night. I would recommend this hotel."
