"This property was a perfect getaway. You are literally right on a private beach. Nokomis beach is right down the road or beach. North jetty for fishing. We saw manatees swimming right down the beach. This was an amazing stay in an amazingly beautiful area of south Florida. I cant wait to return. My only regret is not staying here longer."

Also their website says breakfast but no breakfast and the restaurant that's attached to the building is permanently shut down. So it doesn't have all the features u are expecting. "Initially we started out at this unit but had some issues with plumbing , the owner graciously moved us to another Condo located elsewhere bc he couldn’t get a plumber for a few days, we was very happy with where we were but equally happy where we wound up. The owner was very willing to make our stay enjoyable and it was. So my five stars are for both places, I’d definitely rent again "

"Owner communicated well. A little of a hassle that we scheduled everything around check in at 3 but it wasn’t until 4 and we didn’t find out until check in instructions were sent. The front door squeaked terribly. The shower barely spit water out of the faucet. The beach was a good bit from 23 and it was about half way between the pool and the beach. The beds were not great.
