Family ski trip
The home was perfect for our group. We rented another unit across the street for the other half of the family. This one had everything we needed. Plenty of beds and a cozy place to hang out at the end of a day of skiing. We appreciated the laundry machine. The proximity to the mountain was great, an easy walk. The owners were responsive.

Really we had the most excellent stay. Donna is amazing, the property is great, the pool table was a huge hit, and this was the best stocked kitchen I've ever rented. I would stay here a million times over.

Great location!
The property was very clean and fit our group of 7 perfectly with room to spare. Loved the short walk to the bus with 1 stop to the Park City skiing. Also, having the grocery store across the street was awesome to have.

We had a wonderful stay, Donna was incredibly communicative in sharing details and check in info ahead of time and checked in to make sure we were all set once we had arrived. The property itself is spacious with all the amenities you could need and with very comfortable beds in a fantastic location close to everything and right off the bus line in park city. I’ve stayed in other condos in the same area and this might just be the best! 100% would stay here again!

Excellent location
Donna was very responsive via text. Plenty of beds for our family. Pool table was a highlight. Local shuttle service to the mountain is very close and very convenient. Grocery store was directly across the street. Community hot tub was a nice touch but got busy after a long day on the slopes. Location of the property was excellent with plenty of sidewalks to local shops and restaurants.

Excellent Park City Condo
This place is spacious and comfortable, with two nice full-walled bedrooms separated by open spaces for good privacy, plus a loft-like area that would be good for children. The kitchen is very nice, with an island with a good cook top, plus all kinds of useful appliances, spices, etc. The condo's location is the best - across the street from a really nice grocery store, and less than a mile from the main ski slopes. We could (and did) walk into the main part of town as well. We'd definitely rent this again if we returned to Park City with family.

Great time in Park City
Location is excellent. Fresh market is a 4 min walk and the bus stop to park city mountain is a 2 min walk. Property is clean. Donna responds to questions promptly. I’d stay there again.

We had a very good experience with this rental. Layout was great for our group. Having a main floor bathroom was really nice. Location for food and transportation to the ski slopes was really nice. We could also fit two cars in the driveway.

Comfortable and good location
Location couldn't be better for access to Park City skiing. We enjoyed the hot tub / pool that was a very short walk away. Very comfortable for six to cook, hang out, and play pool and other games. Hope to return!

Owner was so prompt in answering my texts. Very nice amenities. Well stocked with basics- spices, paper products, detergent. Beds extremely comfortable. Unit only an 8 minute walk from the Payday lift. Grocery store across the street. Good for two couples and two children/siblings as third room is loft-like.

Perfect ski condo
We had a great few days in Park City staying at Donna's condo. The location was a 1-2 minute walk from the free ski shuttle and it's one stop from the base of Park City mountain. Super easy. The condo was the perfect amount of space for 4 guys, and was totally clean and comfortable. We also used the community outdoor hot tub one night which was great. Definitely recommend staying here and Donna was very easy to communicate with throughout the process.

Christmas get away
We loved our stay here. It was roomy for our family of adult kids, beds were comfy, we played games and baked and had a great time. Location to Park City mountain was walking distance and the local free bus stop was right outside the door. Fresh market was just across the street so driving wasn’t really necessary. Hosts were very friendly and great to answer questions. Would highly recommend this property!

Perfect place to stay!
We had a fantastic stay at Donna and Jim’s condo. It was very nice, super clean, well maintained, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed. You could tell they take great care of it. The location was perfect and close to everything. The pool table was a huge hit, especially with our 3 teenage boys. I definitely recommend staying here and hope to stay here again the next time we visit the area.

My husband and I traveled with 4 teenage boys. It was an easy walk or shuttle ride to Park City Resort. The pool & hot tub facility was nice and pretty close. Communication with owners was easy. The grocery store is right across the street. You don’t really need a car staying here as the shuttle system will take you anywhere.

We had a great stay. Location was perfect. The pool table was a great addition. Nice kitchen. Plenty of beds and space for a group. Could walk to lifts or hop on the free shuttle (just out the front door). Directly across the street from the grocery and restaurants. Communication with the host was outstanding. She even checked in on us throughout the stay to make sure things were going well. Will definitely stay here again when coming back to park city. Thanks for sharing your home!

This was one of the best locations of any ski property that I've stayed in. Walking distance to the lift, grocery, and bus line we didn't have to use our rental car once! The hosts were so helpful and very responsive with any questions we had. Thanks Again Ferguson family!!!

Great Place for a Ski Trip
Nothing bad we can say about this place. Has everything you would need for a ski trip. Plenty of room to sleep and entertain. The walk to the lifts was about 10 min and if you didn't want to do that you could take the bus system that stops outside. If we ever come back we will definitely try to get this place again.

We stayed Feb 2020 for 5 nights. We wanted something that was big enough for 6 guys, and fairly close to town. This place was perfect. There were enough beds and the location was great, only 2 shuttle stops away from the Park City base, and around 1 mile from the main street area, which was also easy to get to via free shuttles. The kitchen had plenty of stuff for you to cook, and TV/fireplace worked great. We really enjoyed the community hot tub, which is about 150 yard walk. Communication with the owner was smooth, door code was received and everything we needed was taken care of. Will definitely look to book again if we come back to PC.

We had a great stay
The Ferguson's condo was a terrific option for us (we had seven adults). The pool table is a great bonus. The kitchen is well-equipped, which was great for us as we are fans of dump dinners after skiing and enjoying the nearby Jacuzzi. In unit washer and dryer makes it easier to pack light. The town bus is super convenient to get up to Park City resort center, and it's equally easy to get back if your day ends on the Canyons side. Having Fresh Market across the street is simply optimal. Donna and Jim are so easy to work with. We had a great time.

Stayed over Christmas week 2019 and this lovely condo was perfect for our two families of four! Four teen boys and four adults. The location is super! Across the street from the grocery store and on the bus line. Remarkably easy to get anywhere. The unit was well equipped and quiet. Well constructed so you don’t hear outside noise or your neighbors. Truly excellent!

This was a great place to stay- short walk to the bus; market across the street; easy access to skiing and downtown. Sleeps 8- but 3 need to stay in the loft- a bit noisy and can't keep early morning light out. Two full baths was great; also half bath on first floor. Parking for 2 cars. Kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. Hot tub and pool very close. Good for friends and families! Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect stay for a ski getaway
We had a fabulous stay at Donna & Jim's place! This condo had perfect accommodation for our group of 8 adults, a central & easily navigable location, and lovely common amenities (jacuzzi, sauna). This was our group's first time to Park City and we found the free bus system easy to navigate, with only a minute's walk from the front door to a bus stop with very frequent service. We rented a car to drive up from the airport but barely had to use it, with Squatters, Wasatch Bagel, and Fresh Market each less than a 5 minute walk, and easy bus service to Park City base, Canyons base, Deer Valley and downtown Park City. The condo is even better than pictures show - we had plenty of sleeping & living space for 8 adults and were able to cook up some delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen. Donna was a great host and easy to contact before & during our trip. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would certainly return on another trip to PC.

Awesome landing pad for skiing
Came with a group of friends for a week of skiing. 1min walk to free shuttle with easy access to Park City, Canyons, and Main Street. Fresh Market right across the street for groceries. 6 beds so everyone can have their own sleeping place. Hot tubs, fireplace, and pool table make it easy to stay in. Also, the homeowner is very responsive. Would definitely come back.

Great location. The condo is across the street from a market, next to the bus stop and walking distance from the shops downtown. The kitchen is updated. It’s a little loud with the windows open because of all the traffic.
