Grocery store, Starbucks, movie theater and lots of other shopping and eating establishments are across the street so you really don't need a car. There is a private driveway if you prefer to have your own transportation. The first floor has a very open layout with kitchen open to living room with cozy gas log fireplace. There is a second living space that boasts a pool table for all to enjoy. There is also an in unit washer and dryer, dining area, and powder room on the first floor. Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a jetted tub in the master. Master is oversized with a KING bed and a balcony with a view of the mountains. Second bedroom has a queen bed.
