"The house and location are both excellent and highly recommended. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. So we recommend the property with no reservations. "

"We love coming to the property to get a super quiet break from people & tune up our golf game. When we stay at the property, we golf the course all day for the 1 time fee of $22. It is a challenging 9 hole, par 36 course that is a great way to get your swing & putting dialed in. There have been days that we played 54 holes! "We spent 2 delightful weeks in Brian and Laura’s beautiful home. It was as lovely as the pictures reflected. We had our 2 grandchildren with us the first week so that was a busy time at the parks. But the second week was all about relaxing on the beautiful lanai. The view was amazing. We DEFINITELY plan on going back. I would give it 10 stars. Thank you to Brian, Laura and Brian’s parents for making us feel at home immediately upon arrival."

The Villa had a bright open decor with a beautiful view of a small lake and golf course off of the lanai. Fenced in backyard was so nice for our dog. So many things to do close by with a ride on the golf cart. Amenities were plentiful with a well stocked kitchen which worked for us as I did a lot of cooking! "Perfect place. Northern part of the villages. Newer neighborhood. Convenient 2 minute drive to shopping center (grocery, shops, several restaurants, pharmacy). Only about 1.5 blocks walk to pool. Place was clean, uncluttered, neutrally decorated. Everything you need is here, including a well stocked kitchen. We had a peaceful & relaxing time. Enjoyed the backyard & birdcage back patio. When we wanted more activity we had fun driving the cart and exploring the villages. Would definitely stay here...
