My husband had an accident and the staff was totally amazing coordinating the emergency squad and getting us through it . Focussed on my husband 's well being even though we had blood everywhere. Then they immediately cleaned to protect everyone else. Great job!!!

We enjoyed the room and the property. The only thing we didn’t like was the parking. When we came back to our room Friday night, we had trouble finding parking as they were all filled up.

Very noisy rooms on the I-75 side of the building, which is also where the pool is. Rooms and bathroom are very small and you can easily hear other residents through the walls. Breakfast was good.

This was a horrible stay for my family — there was no shampoo, soap, toilet paper, or adequate towels for them to use. When I called to check out a day early, I was told that I wouldn’t be able to do that.

Excellent property: very clean, comfy beds, renovated rooms and bathrooms, good air conditioning, good ventilation in the bathroom. This is far the best of the best westerns I ever stayed . Cracker Barrel is in walking distance from the hotel. We used a baby stroller to get there and back. Very relaxing after a long road trip. I would definitely stay again!
