"Staff and service were amazing. Very clean. Enjoyed the breakfast. One small thing to improve on would be the drainage in the bathroom. I had two rooms - first half of my trip was in a king suite, shared with my friends who departed early, and I spent the second half in a double queen room. King suite's shower draine was somewhat clogged. The water pooled a bit when I showered. The queen room's shower was amazing but the sink's drainage was a bit clogged. I think standard Drain-o would easily...

"This was our second time here. We were a little disappointed this time. The pillows are absolutely horrible. Super flat and small. There was black mold in the shower. The room we were in was kept up pretty poorly. I think this is our last time staying at this resort. The magic is gone for us. Overall it was decent, but they definitely are lacking "

"Turtle Bay is a beautiful top level resort. Resort fees are high so be prepared. On Oahu no resort has the natural beauty views that this resort can provide. Ocean Club breakfast is great. Ocean club lunch and dinner options has room for improvement. Bathrooms are beautiful with rain showerheads and large tubs. It is the perfect place for family. More options for solo travelers are needed. Overall If you have the finances, Turtle Bay will provide the most beautiful natural views of Oahu that few...

"The room was spacious and ready by the promised time and the staff really made an effort to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The air conditioning worked well. The location was very walkable and convenient, very close to several nice beaches, restaurants, and shops. The pool was also a great amenity to enjoy during our downtime as well. The private lanai was nice to take in the views and enjoy a drink or breakfast. We were also able to see some fireworks one night from there. Parking was free,...
