The night check in staff was fantastic, the morning staff acted like our concern was a bother and our problem as never resolved, which was minor so we never followed up. Overall the hotel was what we expect and we will continue to stay in Holiday Inns."

"We booked Residence Inn for its proximity to Portland International Raceway & location to the track was perfect. Also handy was the MAX train to the city in less than 30 mins. Room was spacious & mostly comfortable. Bed was comfortable & kitchen & bathroom amenities well stocked for our stay. (Some small items require repair & carpet is a little stale.) Also close proximity to Interstate so request a room on opposite side of hotel if traffic noise bothers you! Would question the “No Smoking”...
