"We went to Santa Clara to see Luke combs concert! This was a double surprise and blessing! This hotel when you walk in, gives you a sense or vibe of being somewhere, almost tropical, and secluded and very safe.. our room had double doors, and they literally face the freeway. And yes, there was a hum, but we slept like rocks. We slept so good better than I do in my own bed at home! The place is impeccably clean. "I’ve stayed at this place before! Room was clean and renovated. This time, my room was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom sink counter and hair in the shower. Also a dead spider. Additionally for check in - they were supposed to send a code so I can get through my room door. Didn’t get the message about my check in codes and contacted hotels.com to inquire. "

"Cute hotel, room was nice, beds comfortable. Elevator was broken for part of the stay, ice machine is on the ground floor so it was a trek down the stairs from the second. Breakfast was mediocre, cereal was mostly gone everytime we went down, within an hour of it starting it felt like things weren't stocked.
